Colby Ferguson | Executive Director
Colby Ferguson has served as the Texas Pork Producers Association executive director since June 2023. Colby represents TPPA on issues in both Austin and Washington D.C., focusing on advocating and advancing the pork industry in Texas. He works closely with the National Pork Board and National Pork Producers Council to promote our industry. Before joining the team, Colby spent nearly 20 years in local and state government relations roles in Maryland. Colby is a graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Riley Reep | Director of Communications, Programming, and Operations
Riley Reep has served as the Director of Communications, Programming, and Operations for the Texas Pork Producers Association since May 2022. In this role, she leads the association's communications strategy, oversees youth leadership and educational programming, coordinates major events and organizational operations, and manages strategic initiatives that support Texas pork producers. Riley also administers the Certified Texas Bred Registry (CTBR) program and serves as editor of the Producer Connection magazine. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University.

Laura Jimenez | Consumer Marketing Specialist
Laura Jimenez joined the team in 2026 and serves as the Consumer Marketing Specialist, where she leads consumer outreach initiatives that promote pork through partnerships and public engagement. In her role, she develops initiaves that connect consumers with the producers behind Texas pork while highlighting pork's versatility, nutrition, and place in Texas cuisine. Laura works closely with retailers, restaurants, chefs, and industry partners to strengthen consumer awareness and build demand for pork across the state.
